June 1st 2007 Herefordshire health & leisure club,
Wye Leisure has completed a
complete refurbishment of its
filtration plant and chemical dosage
system which is in line to save the
club thousands of pounds in filter
maintenance costs and downtime.
The system covers two lap pools
and two spa pools.Wye Leisure
chose five WAPOTEC Type S multilayer
filters with PVC-u linings as
well as viewing windows and
lighting for easy inspection.
For filtration and backwashing
performance the filters were
equipped with AFM glass filter
media, a long-lasting green
alternative to conventional filter
media.Wye Leisure also chose 7
Grundfos - Alldos CONEX DIA 2
controllers for accurate and reliable
disinfection control, coupled to
several Pellet-Pro calcium
hypochlorite tablet feeders and 16
Grundfos - Alldos DDI digital dosing
