Alfa Laval has released the latest edition of its Virtual Showroom. Accessible both via the web - alfalaval.com/expo and on cd, it provides an interactive 3d guide to 16 new products.

These range from the AlfaNova stainless steel, brazed heat exchanger to the Octopus control and monitoring system for sludge decanters in the environment industry that, the company says, can achieve savings of up to 20% on dewatering costs.

Products are arranged in five separate exhibition areas and an exhibition map enables a visitor to explore the features and benefits at their own pace and in the order they prefer. A permanent exhibit at the core of the site provides a quick guide to Alfa Laval, an overview of the core technologies and of the principal industries with which the company is involved.
