Virtually no emissions and +80% efficiency rating Biomass boiler partnering deal generates interest September 11th 2006 The Stokvis Talbott ‘C’ Series Biomass Boiler Systems on show at Energy 2006 gave visitors a chance to discuss the possibities of biomass as an alternative fuel for boilers. Last year Stokvis Energy Systems formed a sales partnership with Talbott’s, the bio fuel specialist, to market the Talbott Biomass 'C' Series boiler systems.
With landfill costs already on the increase and set to rise further, the Stokvis Talbott Biomass 'C' Series represents a cost effective alternative for users with regular supplies of biomass, such as forestry residue, shredded tree cuttings or waste wood – or potential customers who could easily join the rapidly growing local fuel supply chain of wood pellets.
The Biomass ‘C’ series is readily adaptable to a wide range of applications and will handle a variety of biomass fuels with equal burn efficiency to produce a reliable and constant
supply of hot water. The controlled ‘burn’ at steady, very high temperatures that are achieved by the Biomass ’C’ series results in virtually no emissions to atmosphere and +80% efficiency rating by a government approved independent testing body.
