Expansion into Telford
April 1st 2004

Energy 2004 8-9 September Telford International Centre Energy 2004, the fastest growing show in its field, will be held at Telford International Centre, 8 9 September. The move to this considerably expanded exhibition and conference venue signals the ongoing growth of this event after two highly successful years at the Birmingham National Motor Cycle Museum Although Energy 2004 is expected to be around 1000m2, larger than last years event, some 78% of stand space is already allocated. Many existing exhibitors have revealed that Energy 2004 the only stand alone energy solutions show pencilled in for the Midlands this year will be used as a launch pad for important new products. Also, early returns point to the likely first time entry of new leading players from the sector. Commenting on the situation to date, exhibition director Eamonn Brennan states this is the most encouraging start to our sales programme for any show to date. Energy 2003 was exceptional in its attraction of high quality end user visitors with energy managers, environmental advisers, facilities managers and project engineers from some of the key UK companies in attendance. We have identified and closely associated ourselves with a significant niche in the energy solutions market and are determined to develop this association still further with an even more successful Energy 2004. Moving the show to Telford brings significant advantages to exhibitors and visitors alike. The Telford Centre is ideally situated close to the M54, has free parking, excellent new conference facilities and on site hotel accommodation. Im also pleased to report that ESTA will once again be running its perennially informative and popular workshops, focussing this year on solutions to generic problems. Furthermore, the Major Energy Users Council has also signed up to continue hosting its well attended gas and electricity conference. Enquiries concerning stand availability should be directed to Eamonn Brennan or Shawn Coles, Western Business Exhibitions.
