Fume removal
August 1st 2004 Jasun Filtration has launched two systems for the removal and reduction of odours and chemical fumes from the workplace. This comes at a time of increasingly stringent national and European environmental legislation on air quality.
Jasun Filtrations Chemisorb-Excel is a blend of high-grade carbon and Alumina/Potassium Permangenate that destroys odours, corrosive gases and fumes. Non-toxic, safe and developed for ease of use and disposal, the Chemisorb-Excels combination of filters both adsorbs and removes fumes, odours and pollutant gases from a wide range of contaminants. These include ammonia, arsine, ethylene, formaldehyde, hydrogen sulphide, nitrogen dioxide and oxide and sulphur dioxide as well as contaminants normally treated with standard carbon products.
Designed for use with the Chemisorb-Excel or with carbon granules, Adcells are made from durable polystyrene plastic. They are up to 75% cheaper to maintain than standard discarb units and as only the granules need replacing, disposing of the housing is no longer necessary.
