The XB range of hydraulically actuated dosing pumps, available through Milton Roy UK, deliver flow rates up to 310I/hr at maximum pressures up to 105 bar.

Compact and robust, XB pumps are also fully interchangeable with other models in the MRoyB range, so retro-fitting them into existing process systems is possible.

Features include: adjustable flow while running or stopped from 0 to 100% of the nominal flow, ą1% accuracy within the range 10 to 100% of the nominal flow ą1% and a capability of handling pumped fluids at +90°C for the metallic liquid end version and +50°C for the plastic liquid end option.

XB pumps also include features which are designed to maximise savings on installation and maintenance such as a built-in relief valve to prevent pump damage if the discharge system becomes blocked during operation and a built-in bleed screw to enable easy priming.
