Since 2001 the worldwide production of biodiesel has more than trebled and is reported to exceed the 12 billion litres produced mark by 2010. Laboratory testing to ASTM D6751 can ensure the biodiesel is on spec but cannot provide quick and easy results.The introduction of an onsite Biodiesel test kit means that in just minutes manufacturers and end users alike can get actionable results.

Kittwake's Biodiesel test kit can help confirm the quality and batch to batch consistency of biodiesel.

Stored fuel can quickly and easily be checked for degradation, contamination and suitability for use. The kit can determine water content, density, viscosity, total acid number, acid content and visual quality check, it contains all the equipment, reagents and consumables needed.
