We have drawn together all of E.ON's expertise in Metering Services,Home Installation and New Connections to provide products and services across the range.We are connecting homes and businesses to all types of utilities, lighting streets through installation and maintenance contracts and PFI's, installing energy efficiency measures, and providing all types of metering services.

Our aim is to simplify business for major clients such as house builders and local councils, catering for all their energy product needs through our total solution approach.

We also encourage measures that increase energy efficiency and lower carbon emissions.We help people be more energy efficient by fitting new technologies such as micro CHP, heat pumps or condensing boilers into homes.We are also reading meters across the country and making sure customers get the accurate and timely bills they deserve.

Our three main areas of business are:

Metering Services Consistently winning major contracts in competitive situations, we deliver cost-effective, troublefree metering and data collection solutions. In 2006,we employed over 1,800 personnel and read more than 35 million meters.We're proud of our track record, delivering a high quality service based upon attention to detail and focusing on the needs of our customers. By testing and implementing new technologies, we ensure that we remain an innovative market leader and surpass all future expectations.

Our aim is to ensure that we provide high quality data to our supply business and half hourly customers.We ensure timely billing, an exemplary, safe and professional installation service and accurate, affordable refurbishment and testing of meters. Providing all of your metering needs, Energy Services draws on the global scale of E.ON to deliver effective solutions locally to homes and businesses.

We provide services across the full range of metering activities: Non half hourly data collection Half hourly data collection Data aggregation and processing Non half hourly meter operations Half hourly metering operations Meter refurbishment and repair For our half hourly meter operations and data collection,we have more than 12,000 customers across the UK and are one of the leading providers of electricity meter operations.

Our advanced technology provides our customer with detailed feedback on their consumption patterns so they can monitor their electricity usage, bills and negotiate costs with their supplier. Half hourly data is automatically emailed to customers on a weekly or monthly basis, so there's no need to spend time downloading the information.

For non half hourly metering operations and data collection customers,we offer a full range of services including the installation and maintenance of electricity meters for both domestic consumers and businesses.This service also encompasses data management and meter provision.

For those with more bespoke needs,we have a multi-skilled workforce available to meet individual contractual requirements.

Home Installation In Home Installation, our aim is to drive quality up and costs down for the installation and maintenance of central heating systems.Working closely with our clients, who include housing associations and local authorities,we develop long term relationships to understand their needs and provide them with a high quality, tailored service.

Home Installation is preparing to meet increased Energy Efficiency Commitment (EEC) targets – more than 180,000 home insulation jobs and distributing 4m light bulbs.We have also installed over 10,000 central heating systems and expanded to become one of the leading gas service and maintenance providers in the UK.

New Connections Why spend valuable time and energy co-ordinating single service providers when electricity, gas,water and public lighting can all be connected by one company? We specialise in multi-utility solutions and have the skills and experience to provide all mains and services on-site in a single package.

Our streamlined approach makes everything from design and planning to the 'power-on' easier and more efficient. We are also leading providers of public lighting solutions and can provide a complete lighting solution as part of a multi-utility scheme.
