Long-life range of precision thermostats December 1st 2007 Available from ATC Semitec, the
twin-bimetal system of a Matsuo
thermostat creates a control that
over its long cycle helps to
minimise drift and deviation.
By avoiding pre-stressed bimetal,
the MQT and M3 series
thermostats are capable of
switching more than one million
cycles with accuracies to ±1.5K and
differentials to 3K ±1K.
Calibrations from -10 to 110°C
and loads to 3A/250VAC (0.8A/48VDC)
can be switched in the PBTencapsulated
designs. N/O, N/C and
'changeover' (S.P.D.T.) contacts and
various termination options make
for a flexible end product.
Built-in thermal fuses and
resistors help to create a safety
control or a variable thermostat. More articles from ATC Semitec Ltd: |
