Silicair have also extended their scope of activity following the acquisition of the business of Dryvent Ltd.

Standard Product Range

CUB Heatless Dryers Ideal for small flow and point of use applications where a small,compact dryer is required. Supplied alone or with associated filtration, this range of dryers is ideal for these particular types of applications.

Modulair M40X Heatless Dryer Packages

This new range of unique dryer packages, with optional integral filtration, are supplied as a total air treatment solution. Compact in size and with simple installation, these dryers are ideal for medium sized installations.

MM and R1 Heatless / Heat Reactivated Dryers

For larger installations and flow rates, Silicair offer a very competitive range of both Heatless and Heat Reactivated models. All can be supplied with or without filtration and as standard dryers or built to clients’ particular requirements.

Energy Saving Features

Silicair CUB and Modulair M40X models come complete with a compressor link facility to save purge air being used when the compressor is not running. All medium and larger dryers from Silicair are available with optional DESS energy saving systems which will reduce energy consumption, but maintain outlet performance during periods of light load operation. This is more beneficial especially with the arrival of the Climate Change Levy.

Dryvent Division

As mentioned above, the acquisition of the Dryvent business has enabled Silicair Dryers to further expand their activities, especially into the medium and high pressure air and gas sectors. They also offer a number of specialist dryer products which are used by various specific operators and end users across the World.

Breathing Air Packages

Based on the same design concept as the CUB and M40X models, Silicair have introduced a new range of Breathing Air units, designed to produce air quality to BS : 4275 breathing air standard and to include CO and CO2 removal. These compact units are ideal for supplying 1 or 2 man systems or larger complete breathing air installations.
