IP66-rated peristaltic pumps

New from Watson-Marlow Bredel are three ip66-rated peristaltic pumps designed to meet the requirements of the toughest water applications. The 520 series is said to provide unrivalled levels of accuracy, reliability and control. Incorporating high-powered, brushless dc motors and die cast polyester-coated cases, the pumps generate a flow rate of between 4l and 3.5l/min, have a set speed accuracy of 0.1% and can be calibrated by weight or volume for accurate metering. Logical to programme and easy to manage, they provide user feedback via their own display and have dual analogue input to control and scale speed. Units offer a drop-in alternative to diaphragm or piston pumps with variable stroke control. Pumps are available with three drive configurations. all models have auto-restart and a max key for rapid priming and purging.
