Priva Partner, Optima International LLC, has won two prestige hotel contracts in Dubai at the Millennium Towers Hotel, and the Premier Travel Inn.At the Millennium Towers Hotel, a Priva building management system (BMS) will ensure that its 5-star guests have comfort with minimum energy consumption.

The hotel is cooled via 13 air handing units (AHU), a CHW plant with heat exchangers and associated pumps, fed from the district cooling system.

Within the Premier Travel Inn, fresh air AHUs supply tempered air to the hotel's 496 fan coil units (FCU), with dedicated AHUs serving the restaurant and kitchens.

A range of Compri HX controllers have been installed in each hotel, including the HX8E and HX4 models that have an embedded Web Server providing access to the BMS network via a standard PC or laptop running Internet Explorer.
