Integrated solution to HVAC and lighting

Priva Building Intelligence is providing an integrated solution to the HVAC, lighting and sun blind operation for a Dutch government building. Part of that refurbishment work includes the installation of an ethernet which allows the Priva building management system to take full advantage of system integration.

The offices are fully airconditioned employing fan coil units supported by a perimeter heating system, but the need for energy conservation is acknowledged by incorporating ground source heat pumps and automated sun blinds. Control intelligence will be distributed throughout the building via a series of Priva Compri HX8 controllers, complete with built-in web servers.

Local control will be provided by Priva Comforte CX controllers.
