Customisable controller for later expansion
August 1st 2005 Matrix Control Solutions has installed a Priva Compri HX4 building controls system at The Marine in North Berwick. Loacted on the shores of the Firth of Forth, The Marine is a Victorian hotel in the grand style. Its ideal location is within 20 minutes drive of no less than 18 golf courses located around the beautiful East Lothian Coast in cluding St Andrews.
The hotel is undergoing major refurbishment and the controls contract, which was placed by Norstead M&E Services, forms the first phase incorporating the boilerhouse. The boilerhouse is controlled by a Priva Compri HX4 which has the capability to support a maximum of 92 universal input/outputs. It also comes with three universal RS232/RS485 ports as standard that may be used for integration or expansion.
