Low noise, energy, dewpoint and maintenance

With noise levels starting as low as 54dB(A) Bambi's VT range of oil free compressors can be sited near the working area without causing noise nuisance. Internally coated air receivers both protect against corrosion and ensure hygienic quality air. A solenoid soft start valve allows the compressor to be stopped and restarted at any point in its cycle, which coupled with the individually polished and coated cylinder walls ensures long pump life.

At the heart of the VT range is an efficient Vee Twin Pump unit which is 100% oil free in design and available in motor sizes from 0.55kW to 3.0kW. The duplex models have a soft start device to enable them to run comfortably off a standard 20A power supply.

To compliment this new range, Bambi has developed an air dryer system, available on every model.

With an integral multi row aftercooler and integral coalescing filter removing 99% moisture solids from the air before it enters the stainless steel drying tower Bambi achieves a Dewpoint of -40°C. And because the air dryer is fitted before the air receiver the need to drain the receiver is eliminated reducing regular maintenance to zero.
