Good looking and quiet additions to oil-free compressor range
February 1st 2008 With the launch of the silent VTS
oil free range Bambi can now
supply a compressor so quiet it
can be located in the working
environment. The machine is
suitable for use where space is
limited as a stand
alone compressor,
or part of a
demanding OEM
application
It is not just
supplied with an
acoustic hood, but is
part of a dedicated
range of
compressors
carefully engineered
from the ground up
to look good in any location.
Based on the company's
established VT range, the latest
additions have been designed
with temperature controlled
cooling fans to ensure the
compressor runs efficiently, with
total reliability and noise levels
from as low as just 54 dB(A).
Comprehensive specification is
part of every Bambi compressor so
internally coated air receivers to
ensure against corrosion, a soft
start valve which enables the
compressor to be turned off
remotely without causing harm
and an air dryer option are all
incorporated.
When the air dryer option is
specified, it is located inside the
'cool zone' of the compressor
giving exceptional dryer
performance of -40°.
Bambi has almost 30 years'
experience in producing oil free air
compressors and offers more than
16 models, ranging from 0.55 to
