AirConnect from Atlas Copco Compressors is an aftermarket service that links compressed air systems to a highly automated 24/7 Internet-based monitoring system. AirConnect features round-the-clock monitoring, data available online, including SPM (shock pulse monitoring) that determines bearing wear as the basis for efficient condition monitoring, and automatic warning notifications via e-mail.

The service is upgradeable to an Energy Contract – a procedure that conducts a full site assessment and undertakes to reduce overall energy consumption to an agreed target level.

AIROptimizer provides hardware and software for total energy optimisation, including hardware and software, all maintenance costs and an annual AIRScan.
